- Close Caption Option on MCE 2005
- Posted by Joshua 2005 on November 29th, 2005
I recently upgraded from MCE 2004 to 2005. I've read that there are 3 close
captioning options: 1)off all the time, 2)on when muted, 3) on all the time.
I don't see how to select on all the time. My audio settings toggle between
off and on when muted. I don't see any option for on all the time. This is
a Sony Vaio version of MCE 2005. Does this feature exist in MCE 2005? User
guide seems to say so, but how do you select this option?
Thanks.

In MCE 2005, go into settings, TV, captions and you should find "Caption
Display". Hit the "-" button to scroll through the three options.
