BDA drivers for your Artec DVB-T tuner card should work with MCE what MCE
compatible DVD Decoder do you have installed to decode the signal from the
card?

Use th following link to get the utility and see see if you have an MCE
compatible Decoder as your preferred Decoder

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...isplaylang=en\

Also it is possible that FreeView does not broadcast an MCE compatible
digital signal. However, since I am in the US I am not sure about thisd
this but I believe I read a post from a European user something to this
effect.

I have the intervideo codecs from WinDVD5. They are compatible with MCE and
work fine for me. I use them in the UK to work with my TV tuner to receive
DVB-T TV (Freeview) with no problem.
