Guide was working fine last week, all of a sudden it stopped working. Have
tried set-up a dozen times, internet connects fine, begins download, but
never gets past 50%. Tried clearing out the EPG and even eHome folders -
didn't help the problem. Keep getting eRec crashes.

Same issue here (Vista Ultimate 32). Guide won't even start to download and
have tried to trigger the download from inside Media Centre and no luck.

I changed the permissions of the RSA folder and MachineKeys folder to allow
everything FULL access.

I have not copied the key into the old folder. But have just downloaded the
guide and checked it and it looks fine )

Have made sure that time is correctly synched. Have tried with Norton and
antivirus etc etc off - and still no joy....
