How to disable the display preview on mouse hover?
Posted by Andeology on March 16th, 2008

I have a problem with the preview display which surfaces when the mouse it
over a program tab on the task bar.

When I'm in the middle of a game, the preview seems to be activated and
prevents my mouse clicks over that particular area.

I tried to uncheck the "Show pop-up description..." option in the folder
options/view tab, but still the problem persists.

Please enlighten me. Thanks.

Regards,
Andy

This really isn't a Media Center question, but why not just Autohide the
taskbar?

Hi,

Sorry if its posted at the wrong section.

I did autohide the taskbar, but it still appears.

As long as the mouse hovers at the bottom of the screen near the program
window tab it appears.
