Everytime I try to install/download install something there is always the
same error message
Setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvience.

the error report which i have sent in many times says:

This error report includes: information regarding the condition of Setup.exe
when the problem occurred; the operating system version and computer hardware
in use; your Digital Product ID, which could be used to identify your
lincence; and the Internet Protocol address of your computer.

There is often the same message when i simply try to run other applications.

I don't know if this is related, but it also says a similar message in
internet explorer when i try to log into one of my net passports.
