When I play back video clips I have recorded on my Sony DVD video camera they
playback jerky in My video. The classic is bus going over a bridge - quick
slow quick slow etc.

When I play these using Windows Media player 10 they run smoothly.

I'm not sure whether recorded TV plays back jerkily, I have a felling they
do but because of the better quality recording it is not as noticeable, but
news type banners at the bottom of the screen do not flow totally smoothly.
