Hi all,

I just got a new Dell 9300 inspiron Notebook with Angel TV Tuner. I
installed the tunner and got live TV signal, but the pictures is impossible
watch, it is jumping up and down rapidly. It is alos in Black & White. Can't
get help form anyone. PS: I am in Argentina at the moment for the next 3
months and I bought the media center notebook to help me with the language
here. So if you know what the problem is please tell me. Thanks Charles

This sounds like you are using an off the air signal without an antenna.

If that's the case, you need to find a pair of rabbit ears. Or a cable
connection.

I believe that Argentina use PAL TV format and not NTSC which is used in the
US and that you purchased your Dell in the US and they shipped it with a
NTSC tuner.

I'm having the same problem to use my notebook HP zd8000 series in Brazil.
Is it possible to change the format (NTSC vs. PAL)?

them and it now works perfect. So I suggest you do the same, I did that after
