I Have a Haupauge HVR 900 USB Hybrid tv turner but can't get it to find
digital channels in mce (2005) Here in Denmark, donn if it have to do with
that mce tells me that there is no tv program guide listing for my
cuntry/region

Your card will receive MPEG2 encoded Digital not H.264 digital.
I believe that there are no DVB-T stations and that the Swedish ones are
H.264.

There are 4 DVB-T channels here in DK, they also works in the app provided by
Hauppauge but not in mce

I just realized that I made a mistake I should have said the MC does not
support H.264 DVB-T only MPEG2 DVB-T. I am not surprised that it works in
WinTV.
Suggest you contact Hauppauge.UK.com for assistance or post in their Forum.

Are you aware that MCE will not allow you to configure both analog and
digital on a hybrid card since both tuners are not available concurrently?

What MCE compatible DVD(MPEG2) decoder are you using on your MCE system?
WinTV comes with its own decoder so does not need an MCE compatible one.

Can you configure the analog tuner and get a guide for it for it in MC?

Do you have all updates to MCE2005 such as SP2 and later installed?

A lot of users have had trouble with SP3 on MCE2005 systems. However since
your analog tuner can be configured and works fine I don't think this is
your problem.
It definitely appears that MC does not have DVB-T EPG data for Denmark.
I suggest you start a new thread with a subject such as "Is DVB-T EPG data
for MCE available in Denmark?"
And in it state your configuration and that Analog works fine with your card
if you configured it instead of digital and that the Hauppauge WinTV
application gets the Danish DVB-T channels without problem.

Good news. Had you tried configuring without the guide before the reinstall?
