- moving all recordings to a new drive

i'm wanting to move all my TV recordings to a new drive specifically set
aside for that use. what do i need to do to force windows to realize that my
previously recorded files are in this new drive/directory? do i need to do a
repeated path change in the recordings.xml file?
thanks!

Just go to settings, and recorder (I believe...I'm not at my MCE computer),
then storage. From there, tell it the drive on which you want to store the
recordings. The only caveat is that it needs to be the root of a drive in a
directory called "Recorded TV." There's probably a way to change that, I
just don't know what it is.
