When I open online spotlight I get a message about ad2mpegin.dll not being
found!!!
It suggests that I try and re-install it.
Help, this is a brand new computer.

Google is your friend :-) A search on ad2mpegin turned up it is a problem
with Premiere Elements 2.0 on Windows Media Center w/ Rollup 2.
