Hi i have WXP MC edition and i have a movieprovider that streams movies down
to your pc just like renting a video actually.
Well the problem is on this new installed pc in the testing from the
provider it says i have to personilize my media player ok i click the link to
microsoft to upgrade the stuff i need but when i get there i get a grey
upgrade button so it seems it does not work. So what can be wrong i have
tried turning off firewall and other things and now i dont know what to do is
there someone that has experienced this?

The streaming service suggested you "personalize" MP and you spent time
trying to upgrade it. You probably have the most up-to-date. Search the MP
help for "Enhanced Content Provider." There you will find how to set your
unique ID for streaming providers.
