- Proxy Authentication

I have two users experiencing this problem. Windows XP boxes SP2. We are
running behind a proxy server. When the users log into the network they are
inundated with proxy server authentication requests. At least every 10
seconds, that window will pop up. We've solved the problem temporarily by
resetting the Active Directory password for the users, but the next day they
are encountering the problem again. Any suggestions?

Additionally, this problem for one user lasted 90 minutes and then went away.
He will check in tomorrow if it happens again.
