Hi,
I have just re-installed Windows, when I went to windows update I was
offered SP3, so I installed it. Know I want to upgrade to media player 11,
however, when trying to install it, it says that I need rollup 2. what ever I
do I am not offered the option to install the rollup at microsoft update, I
just get 0 updates available. I tried uninstalling a .NET hotfix, but this
was no help. I have previoulsy installed rollup 2 with out any probs. Do I
perhaps need to uninstall SP3 first?
