When i go into the Security Center, it says that it is unavailablr
because it has either not been turned on, or has been shut off. Also,
my firewall keeps shutting off, though my Noton personal firewall is
on- I know very little about computers, so I'm confused.
How do I turn the Security Center on?

Once had the same problem with genuine version of Norton Anti-virus 2006. I
uninstalled NAV, went on Norton's web site, redownloaded the install file and
reinstalled it. It worked fine after that.
