I am set up as administrator and have downloaded loads of music and stuff as
this user . I now want to set up other users on the computer and allow them
all to acces the library . Any ideas on how I can do this ?

Just don't put them under your My Documents folder. Instead, create a
directory (or set of directories) on any of your drives, say C:\Music. Any
user you add should be able to reach that directory with no problems.

Remember, however, that if you downloaded that music for free somewhere,
someday the RIAA may show up at your door with a lawsuit notice...
