System restore won't create restore points automatically. System restore
also won't allow me to create a restore point manually. I get a message
telling me to restart the computer and try again-this does not work. System
restore also won't restore back to existing restore points. I checked the
event log and it does not report any errors for system restore. I tried all
of the fixes recommended on the Microsoft support pages, but none of them
have corrected the problem. Otherwise the system is working fine. Help!
