- Turn off constant popup

I am really getting fed up with the windos media center constantly popping
up after I finish with any program. Is there a setting to shut the darn
thing off? I only want it on when I WANT IT. Not after every thing I do.

Windows version?
What do you mean by "program"? TV program? Some other application? Which
applications?
What does the popup say?
