I'm using XP Media Center Ed, and a few weeks ago my "Live TV" started having
problems. Channel 3-31 come in fuzzy and in Black & White. Channels 2 & 32
through 70 come in fine. I have tried 2 new tv tuner cards, and they both
act the same as my first. I have reinstalled device drivers and have same
problems. Incoming cable works fine on 3 other TVs. I'm being told that it
is a problem with Windows Media Center Edition. Any ideas what the problem
may be?

While I wish I could help you, I too am having a similar problem but MCE
can't seem to decode channels 2-5 on my cable now. In fact, it claims there
is no signal. I'm running MCE rollup2 on a Dell Dimension 8400 with the
Angel Emuzed dual TV tuner card. I'm assuming that the tremendous heat of my
system finally screwed up my tuner card, but I'm going to attempt to replace
it and see what happens. Let me know if you find a fix.
