TV doesnt Stretch to fill Widescreen

Is there any way to make media centers tv or recorded show stretch to fill a
16x9 tv instead of 4x3?

use zoom 3 on the remote its the "info" button, or right click the mouse in
live TV

Press the aspect ratio button on your TV to fill the screen, then use the
Zoom feature (press i) to get MCE in step.

Or, if your tv as an aspect control.. Mine has a setting called Justify, it
does the trick..

yeah i never noticed that zoom before! thanks alot either zoom 3 or 4 works
