Hello,
I have a video surveillance system at work that records on dvd-rw's. It
records with a reader attached, I just installed two new computers with Vista
on them. My home computer with XP reads them just fine, (you click on the
reader icon to open, then click on the file) but Vista see's a blank disk.
We've tried everyone's personal computers with Vista and none work, the video
guy has XP and works. I've looked for a download, the entire Microsoft site
and this board to no avail. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. We open
the doors for business on 12/21/07.
