The upgrade from MCE 2004 to 2005 was provided by the system manufacturers, not Microsoft. You will need to contact the company that built your machine.
Alternatively, you can now legally purchase Media Center 2005 yourself and install it. Note, its packaged as an OEM version and will not do upgrades, you can only do clean installations. You will also want to ensure that you have the latest MCE 2005 drivers for your existing hardware.
