I went to the HP website and asked them and they were stuck, too. I
downloaded an updated driver they gave me and I cannot get the OS to
recognize the printer. To connect the printer, I am using a USB to Paralell
Port cable. The driver always appears that it has been installed, yet it
won't recognize the printer.

Any ideas? Thanks much!
