- Account Operator group users are not able to reset the pwd for NT

Out setup is as below
1) Users who are member of Domain Admin group can change the password for
all NT users accounts.
2) For increasing the security we want that "Account Operator" group member
users should reset the password for NT user account.
3) We would like to know that whether it is possible or not in Windows NT4
Domain.
4) Please respond it is very urgent we would like to implement this in out
current setup.
