The message is weird...
setup error, the operation completed successfully.
Windows NT 4.0 hot fix installation did not complete.
If you check the event viewer, nothing appears. I´m trying
with administrator privilegies.

We are running into the same problem as Fernando. We have
SP 6a installed on all of our NT machines. There is only
one that provides us with this error. It happens to be our
main file server. Any other suggestions on how to
succesfully run the patch? Or what might be inhibiting the
succesful completion?

Antivirus software? Possibly? Just a guess...
