So you say that the CPU usage is high but no process shows it is using the
CPU? Try downloading SpyBot or Adware and run it on your system. You may
have a trojan.

I have run a Spyware on the system. It is clean but the
problem has not been resolved. As soon as I am plugging in
LAN Cable it stops working. Second Card is directly
connected to Internet. System Works fine alone on this
card.

Please help me out.
