i keep recieving a "windows-delayed write failed" message
every time i restart my computer or when i run outlook
express. the message then says:

"windows was unable to save all the data for the file
\device\harddiskvolume1\documents and
settings\administrator\local settings\temporary internet
files\content.ie5\st4bg7kz\wbk6.temp. the data has been
lost. this error may be caused by a failure of your
computer hardware or network connection. please try to
save this file elsewhere."

sometimes it shows a different file missing. what does
this mean and how do i fix this problem?
