- DHCP service problem
- Posted by jojo on June 14th, 2004
when I try to start the DHCP service, I get this error message:
An application error has occurred. an application log is being generated
(where do I find this log?)
TCPSVCS.exe Exception: access violation
I have applied the hotfix Q264492 (simply copied the new dhcpssvc.dll to
the current location)
but I still get the error message. I have rebooted the server and tried to
start the DHCP service,
still no luck.
Any help?
Thanks,
jojo
NT 4.0 SP6A and hotfix Q264492
also running SBS backoffice 4.5
