When the system boots up it give the message that one service has failed. When I check the event it listed the following:
Event ID: 7023
Source: Service control manager
Message: The Event Log Watch service terminated with the following error: The directory name is invalid.
What causes it, and where can I change the directory name that is specified to correct the problem?

Probably the dir "CA_LIC" is gone. This service is installed to check the licenses of Computer Associates products
