- how to set local polic in bdc nt4.0

hi, I need to install a software in my BDC server. But it
requires one to login as local administartor account. But
I could not login locally to my BDC. It only shows my
netwrok domain and not local domain.Is there a local
policy in BDC to enable me to set permission of the
adminstrator of the netwrok domain \local administrator
for installation purpose? I only get access denied when
trying to install the software using the administrator of
domain network account.
