install hangs due to wowexec

install hangs due to wowexec: Posted by givenuponnt on January 13th, 2004; ANy new install does not run. When I close the process the
system tells me wowexec will not allow the setup. Also
evry time I shutdown there is a process
olethreadmainwndname that generates the wait/end
