Installing a new NIC in NT4 server

We are going to install a new NIC card in our NT4 server. Will we
experience any problems by doing this? Or will it be as simple as
shutting down, installing card, installing drivers, etc?

I'd remove the driver for the device you mentioned, then power down and
remove the hardware. When your error free in Event Viewer, then run winmsd
to see what resources are in use and available to use. Then checking the
device instructions to see what resources it can use, you may have to do
some resource juggling with other hardware such that all are happy and
non-conflicting.

Also keep this one handy.
