- Mass Convert of hundreds of Local NT4 profiles to Roaming???

Does anyone know of an easy way to convert several hundred local NT4.0
wks profiles (all from same W2k Domain) to Roaming profiles?
I know the manual 'copy to' method and that is not reasonalble for
several hundred machines and users.
