- MS04-011 Patch for WindowsNT Server SP6a

I use hfnetchk tool to scan my NT4 server, it show that the MS04-011 patch not installed. Then I install this patch and restart the server. After that, I check it again but it show that patch still not install. I tried this many time and same effect at all my three NT4 Server
Please Help?
