- newbie - please help - networking win98 or SBS 2000

Hi
Am i able to share an internet connection with win98 with three other
machines, one being a win95 machine?
Am i able to share the modem connection with all of the machines
above?
Am i able to do online banking using win98 from one of the machines
above?
Am i able to download and send internet mail using win98 at the same
time as someone else does?
Am i able to setup a firewall for win98 for all of the machines
mentioned above?
How secure is the setup above?
Do i need small business server 2000 to do all of the above instead?
Can someone point me to some good sites regarding more about how i
should setup my network please?

Please note this requires win98SE or windows 98 second
edition to do internet connection sharing.
