school lan with nt server 4 and w98 clients, am only able
to access secure web sites by changing internet explorer
proxy settings (as administrator) on client pc. When I log
off and log back on those settings have changed back to no
access to secure sites. Is there a 'service' on nt server
that specifies internet options or is it on the router?
In addition error message shows 'crypto api function
failed' are these things connected?
Have inherited this network and am trying to get to grips
with it.
