- NT Updates Page not available

I am try to update a Windows NT Server 4.0 with the latest
updates. When I reach the page that should start the scan
an error message appears: Cannot Display Page. I have
tried all the suggestions in Article Q243787 and all the
links in that article as well. Has anyone ever found a
fix for this?
