- NTDLR missing

I am getting an error message that says," NTDLR missing".
How can I resolove the problem.
Help appreciated. Thank you.

Boot your Windows NT setup disks and at disk two choose R for repair, then
check the box for "Inspect Boot Sector" and "Inspect Startup Environment"
only.
