- NTFS Map or Location Drive

A PC I am working on has the local disk set to (E
which is generally
the removable drive. The (C
is set as the local drive but some how
both drives have the properties of a removable drive, hence unable to
load programs or extract as properties are not correct. How are these
adjusted? Your help is appreciated.....
