- Operating Time and Date Failure

Has anyone seen a problem with NT4.0 where the clock at 5:53pm on Oct 7th
changed to 5:54pm Oct 6th without any human interaction.
As well there is an atomic clock program to keep in sync.
I've just had a server go back in time can anyone explain how such a thing
is possible.
Thanks
DML
