A Service Pack Setup Error Message states:

.... go to the Windows NT Service Pack Web site and
select "Problems Downloading the Service Pack". This will
give you instructions on how to download a version of the
service pack that does not require a Web connection during
installation.


The problem that I am having is I can't locate the link
to "Problems Downloading the Service Pack". Can anyone
direct me to the link?
