I'm at a bit of a loss. On my Windows NT 4 SP6a Server with IE6 and all the
latest windows updates installed, I have been trying to run an APC
powerchute installer which uses a java installer. When the install app
starts, I get a blank window opening. I have tried installing older
versions and newer versions of Sun java. I have also seen a couple of
microsoft kb articles, but they don't seem to be related or help.
Basically, it seems that any java app seems to have issues (on this server).
In IE options, I have already tried setting the Microsoft VM> Java
Permissions> to "Low Safety". Currently I have the very latest installation
from Sun Java's web site (installed-again-this morning). I haven't a clue
what might be causing the window not to display properly. Maybe someone has
a suggestion??? Thanks.
