Does anybody know of a reg hack to add "Open With" to the
context menu of a right click to every file type
regardless of whether or not that file type has an
association. I know you can shift right click to force
the Open With option, and it is available if the file type
has no association. I think it is always available by
default in win2k but not NT 4. I found one reg hack via
google, but doesn't seem to work, best guess is that it
only works in 95/98.
