I am having a problem with a user profile for a particular
user. The user is running win2k pro on a NT4 sp4 domain. I
installed a particular program on the users machine as
administrator and logged off and tried to run the program
from the users account. I keep getting insufficient right
errors. I even tried to install the program as the user
instead of admin but I user does not have the necessary
right. I have gone as far as to make the users account
part of administrators for the domain and the local box.

I guess my question is this:

What steps should I take to remove this person from using
a roaming profile while preserving their current settings
e.g. desktop and favorites?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
