What could be the possible reason for the error " The RPC service is unaivaliable" on Windows NT 4 server

i tried this also
sometimes only i get this RPC error.
and i found this on the screen

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800706ba
Server.CreateObject Faile
/index.asp, line
The RPC server is unavailable.

all site stops suddenly
