- RRAS win2k setup needs domain admin to add computer as remote access server?
- Posted by Les Caudle on September 27th, 2003
While setting up RRAS on a Win2000 SP3 box, I got an error message of:
Windows was unable to add this computer to the list of valid remote access
servers in the active directory. Before you can use this computer as a remote
access server, the domain administrator must complete this task.
As I'm using an NT4 PDC - and there is no active directory - how can I resolve
this?

Thanks in advance, Les Caudle

Hi Les,
You can ignore this error message and RRAS should work fine. See 260027
