We have NT 4 SP6a [Terminal Server Edition] loaded but
have a problem when scrolling in all applications. When
we scroll via clicking either screen or line up/down in
the righthand side bar we cannot stop it.
We can control it if we drag the sidebar but this can be a
pain.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!!
