Yesterday, I found that two Folder Shortcut created on
the Desktop didn't work. I tried to create a new one but
it didn't work.

Later I found the problem was only valid for folder or
file shortcut. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
Does the problem originate from the recent update of NT
hotfix?
