- System folder opens at startup

The system folder (winnt\system32) opens whenever my
machine is started. How can I stop this from happening?

Usually a damaged or otherwise corrupt "Run" key value.

I had the same problem, if you go to the micrsoft
knowledge database and search on article 170086 it should
help.
