After updating our W2K server to SP4, our NT4 WS (SP6a)
blue screen intermittently:

unexpected_kernel_mode_trap
irql:1f DPC SYSVER 0Xf0000565

Disabling the workstation service on the NT4 WS seems to
stop the problem. Obviously, not a solution.
