- ADMT Interforest migration 2003 to 2003

Hi..
I have used ADMTv2 previously to migrate fron NT4 to 2000, I now have to
complete a interforest migration from 2003 DomainA to 2003 DomainB with
SIDHistory.
My question is... What admin rights does the "Migration" account need in
both domains. Can i get away with giving the account
Administrators in DomainA
Administrators in DomainB
ie NOT Domain Admins.
